APPOINTMENTS
A credit card is required to make an appointment. This card will not be charged and will be used only to hold the appointment unless specified otherwise. Please let us know at this time of your preference for a male or female therapist.

CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy, a 24 hour cancellation notice will be required. Appointments not cancelled within that time are subject to a full service charge.

YOUR FIRST TIME
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out our consultation form that will help us provide you with the best care possible. This will also give you a chance to relax and unwind so that you get the most out of your visit.

GRATUITIES
Gratuities will be accepted in cash only. If you are happy with your services it is customary to give 15-20% to your therapist. And, if you are not happy with your services, please being this to our attention so that we can better serve you in the future.

PAYMENT
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
